石上神宮摂社出雲建雄神社拝殿 Izumo Takeo Shrine The hall of worship,Isonokami Jingu Sessha

感想 Impression

有名な天理教の教会本部から南東約1km、 布留山の麓の鬱蒼とした森の中に石上神宮はあります。県道から東方向へ入る緩やかな参道を登って往くと、古色蒼然とした鳥居に迎えられ、潜ってさらに東に 進むと、さほど広くない境内に古代の社が広がっていました。石上神宮は、飛鳥時代の豪族、物部氏の氏神で日本最古の神社の一つとして、古代国家の信仰の中 心的存在であったといわれています。鶏が放し飼いにされた社務所のある広場を過ぎ、奥の緩やかな石段を上ってゆくと、南向きの楼門があり、この楼門向かい の急峻な石段を上がった丘の上に、摂社出雲建雄神社と拝殿が鎮座しています。

広場を挟んで東側の神社と対面して建つ拝殿には、中央に馬道(めどう)と呼ばれる通路を設けた割拝殿という様式の典型的なものであるという。拝殿は平屋で細長く、檜皮葺の切妻屋根が架かり、中央1間 に土間で裏の崖側に通り抜けられる吹き放しの馬道がつけられ、南北に室が割られた形になっている。馬道の上部には桁行方向の切妻の棟と直交する柔らかな起 りと先端に反りをもった唐棟が切妻の軒先に被って突き出し、馬道左右の室部分は三方に縁が廻り、正面、裏面、馬道側の柱間には上部に格子が入った引違舞良 戸が建てられいる。この拝殿を下の階段から見上げると、切妻屋根の軒先が描く鋭いラインと対比的な柔らかく優美な曲面の棟の重なりが美しい。また軒先端部 や軒裏の垂木の緩やかな反り、柱間に連続する格子のパターンなどが織り成すハーモニーによって、近代建築に通じるような透明感や軽快感を漂わせているよう です。

There is Isonokamijinguu in the forest in the foot in about 1 km of the southeast, on Furu mountain to be thick from the church headquarters in flagrant Tenrikyo. There is a southward at tower gate and Izumo Takeo shrine and the hall of worship sit down at the hilltop to have gone up the steep stone steps on this tower gate opposite side when passing the plaza where a chicken is made free range and going up the gentle stone steps in the back. It says to the hall of worship which meets a shrine in the east side across the plaza and is built that it is one with typical form, the 10 hall of worship which provided the aisle which is called Medou for Central. The hall of worship becomes the form that it was spindly with the one-storied house, that the gable roof of the roofing of cypress bark shingles spanned, that Medou of go the blow letting by whom on the side of the cliff in the back is gone through at the pit among 1 of the center was put and that Muro was assigned to north and south.

The building which heaped a curve on the building of the gable of the digit line progression, the crossing at right angles soft happening and the tip covers to the eaves of the gable to the upper part of  Medou and sticks out. When looking up at this hall of worship from downstairs paragraph, the falling of the building with the sharp line which the eaves of the gable roof draws and contrasting softly elegant curved surface is beautiful. Also, the gentle curve of the rafter of the eaves edge and the eaves soffit, it seems that it is being possible to float the feeling of the transparency and the light pleasant sensation as well-informed about the modern architecture in the bay by the harmony which the pattern of the continuing grid and so on interweave.
