感想 Impression

Rakurakuen becomes the form which the 1 corner garden which was done with the landscape in the Edo period ( the 17th century ) was completely classified into with Genkyuen who was surrounded by the outer moat and the inner moat in Hikone-jo. It becomes the garden of the one which Rakurakuen which is in the west side made by remodeling Genkyuen’s part at the beginning of the 19th century, and the cause, the karesansui form but it isn’t possible to deny the sense having to do with an addition of Genkyuen in the east side small by the scale, too.
Genkyuen is a garden with the vast form which migrates mainly in the big pond to be fully of the water to have pulled out of Lake Biwa full by. The tea-ceremony pavillion style architecture projects to the pond, the island occurs to in the park, it spans with the bridge, there is a huge rockwork, and the eclectic mechanism not to make the person who visits this Garden be tired can be inlaid and it is possible to enjoy it greatly. “Rinchikaku” then, begin to span over there at the bridge which is introduced into the northwestern shore and in small Nakashima for the architecture with called thatch to float on the surface of the water when walking at the esplanade around the pond and wanting a pond from the northern coast. The appearance of the Hikone castle donjon which is beautiful, being white is from a distance seen as the shakkei and the wood crossing boiling of the rear will be able to be called highlights at this garden. There is big Nakashima of the concaveness where a bridge in earth was built when taking effect in the eastern coast from the northern coast of the more pond going-along boiling and being crowded. Megalith in the rockwork which imitated a crane along the west coast on this island is naturally stood and the scenery which was well harmonized with the pine and the pruning behind, too, is made.Third Nakashima who occurs to the pond emerges from the eastern coast when going south and going and when crossing a bridge which was supported by the pier of respectively spanning stone, he goes out to the bower which is located on the miniature mountain in the southwest than Rinchikaku which projects to a short while ago the pond. It is the architecture where there is rustic zest, but it tells to have been called Hoshodai and to have been the guest house for the Hikone seigneur to entertain a visitor in the Edo period and it breaks. To enjoy whole Genkyuen’s view just suitably for the guest house, it was to do the place being which is ideal.
When looking at the beautiful scenery of the garden while suffering the thin tea which finished resembling at the Japanese-style room and was served, it makes forget flow at the time for a while.
